Recipe 2.0t - Tincture with Sleep Focus
Recipe 2.0t is a liquid herbal extract with well-documented herbs that unites scientific research with traditional insights. Lemon balm is one of the ingredients found in Recipe 2.0t and has the potential to support normal relaxation, as well as Valerian.

Contains & quantity:
Ethanol 40% vol, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Spearmint (Origanum vulgare), Peppermint (Mentha piperita)For one part by weight of dried herbs, four parts by weight of ethanol (40%-vol) have been used
Amount: 50 ml
Intake:
1.5-2 ml (approx. 30-40 drops) in a glass of water 1 hour before laying. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
