Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you regret your purchase, you can easily register your return via our returns portal within 14 days.

1. Register your return

Click on "Register return" and log in with the email address used for the order.

Select the products you wish to return and state the reason for the return.

2. Follow the instructions

Once the return is registered, you will receive instructions on how to send back your shipment.

3. Return the goods

Pack the products well so that they are not damaged during transport.

You can choose to purchase a return label from us for 49 SEK directly via the returns portal, or arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself with a carrier of your choice.

Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for the return until it has arrived at our warehouse. Products that are damaged or lost during return transport cannot be refunded.

For the return to be approved, the products must be in their original condition.

Food, dietary supplements, and tea can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the product is unused.

4. Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

We normally process returns within 5–10 business days from their arrival at our warehouse. You will receive an email once the return has been processed.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the return must be registered within the withdrawal period.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products where the packaging has been broken or the product can no longer be sold for hygiene or health reasons.
