Returning undamaged items
At Pharmacy Garden, you have the right to return ordered items within 14 days in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via email at info@pharmacy.garden and notify us that you wish to make a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, complete, in unbroken original packaging, and well-packaged.
Our tea products must be returned in a separate outer box, as the packaging is not designed to withstand multiple postal shipments.
For our products with a best-before date, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided the packaging is unopened. Hygiene products, tea, and food products in opened packaging are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
When returning, include the following information
- A brief description of the reason for the return
- Contact information: name, address, telephone number, email address, and order number
Do you need a return shipping label?
Contact us and we will send you a return label at a cost-price from 79 SEK per package.
Please note that extra costs may be added for larger returns over 2 kg.
We do not accept returns sent via cash on delivery (COD) or invoice. Packages requiring pickup from a service point will not be collected. Return costs incurred from handling these packages will not be reimbursed.
Credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive and approve the return. An administrative fee from 89 SEK may apply for processing.
If the item has been handled in a way that caused a decrease in value, we reserve the right to make a deduction equivalent to the decrease in value during the refund.
Returning parts of packages, bundles, and volume offers
When purchasing a package, bundle, or other volume offer, the discount is based on the products being bought together.
If you choose to return one or more products from a discounted package, the discount will be recalculated based on the products you choose to keep.
Products kept will be calculated at the regular individual price applicable at the time of purchase. The amount refunded will therefore correspond to the amount paid for the package, minus the regular price for the products you keep.
If a package of three products costs 599 SEK as a package, while the regular individual price is 299 SEK per product, and you choose to keep two products, the value of the two products you keep is calculated based on their regular individual price. Any refund is then calculated based on the remaining amount of the price you paid for the package.
Package and volume discounts only apply as long as the terms and conditions of the offer are still met after a partial return.
Complaints
Contact us at info@pharmacy.garden as soon as the fault is discovered to make a complaint.
Complaints are carefully reviewed. If necessary, you will send the product back to us for assessment. A return label will be sent after contacting our customer service. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the return, and the product must be packed well to avoid damage.
Uncollected packages
For uncollected or unclaimed packages returned to us, we charge a fee for shipping, return, and handling.

Refunds
Upon an approved return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days from the date we receive and approve the item. You as the customer are responsible for the return cost.

You should be able to try our products in peace and quiet, and if you still do not experience the desired effect, we will refund the cost of the product. Shipping costs are not refunded.
