Tea suits those who enjoy a warm cup and have time to brew. Tincture is taken in a little water and is practical when brewing is inconvenient. In Endurance & Desire bundles, you can alternate between the forms according to the product instructions. You do not need to add tincture to the tea.
Pure winter savory tea and tincture are used by both men and women. The women's tea is a different blend: winter savory with nettle, lemon balm, lemon verbena and lavender. Choose based on ingredients, taste and routine.
Customers describe different experiences: some notice a difference, others none at all. We cannot promise an effect or a particular time to results. A bundle makes it easier to maintain a routine; the number of weeks in a product name is not a guarantee of results.
Yes, the Endurance & Desire tincture is an ethanol extract of winter savory with black pepper. It is a different preparation from the tea. If you avoid alcohol or take medication, check the ingredients and consult a pharmacist or doctor before buying.
