With constipation, you experience difficulty emptying your bowels, which often results in stomach aches. Increasing fluid intake and including a high-fiber diet can alleviate the problem in many cases, but sometimes these measures may be insufficient.

Recipe 1.3 consists of, among other things:

  • Brackwood (Rhamnus frangula L) which contributes to soft stools & contributes to regular bowel movements.
  • Flax contributes to regular bowel function

Size

Contains:

Brakved (Rhamnus frangula L), Lin (Linum usitatissimum), Kvickrot (Elymus repens), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Cummin (Carum carvi), Senna (Senna alexandrina)

The herbs have been allowed to grow and mature in their optimal environment in nature & small-scale farms, and then hand-harvested and sun-dried. The herbs are therefore packed with their healing essential oils.

Preparation:

- Boil water.
- Take a filter bag in a cup
- Pour in 2 dl of the hot water.
- Leave to infuse for 15 min.
-The mixture has a natural bitterness from bitter substances in the herbs.
Sweetening with honey or sugar should be avoided for maximum effect.

Daily intake:

First day 1-2 cups on an empty stomach before meals (start with a low dose). Wait and feel how the stomach reacts after the first day. Then 1-2 cups/day if needed and before meals for a maximum of 7 days.

Hej
Jag har haft jätte problem med förstoppning i ca. 40 år eller redan som liten ätit laksermedel nästan hela vuxna livet.
Men innan jul såg jag Pharmacy Gardens Pop -butik i Sickla Gallerian där blev jag rekommerad att prova Recipe 1.3 dom 2 första månaderna hände inget speciellt men efter 2 månader började det hända saker och min mage kom igång nu beställer jag teet så jag har påsar hemma hela tiden kommer att fortsätta med teet i framtiden.

Nu har jag druckit det the som jag beställde för att förbättra matsmältningen några dagar och jag tycker att det fungerar utmörkt!
Förutom att det ger önskad effekt så smakar det fantastiskt.
