How do I use the day and night routine?
Brew Brain Focus tea during the day in the included 500 ml bamboo infuser, following the package instructions. Take Sleep Focus tincture in the evening according to the bottle's instructions, diluted in a little water.
When will I notice a difference?

What ingredients are in the products in the bundle?
3 × Brain Focus herbal tea: Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Ginkgo biloba and Sideritis. 3 × Sleep Focus tincture: Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), valerian (Valeriana officinalis), oregano (Origanum vulgare), peppermint (Mentha × piperita) and ethanol as the extraction medium. 1 × bamboo infuser 500 ml: brewing accessory – contains no food ingredients. Bamboo exterior, vacuum-insulated interior made from food-grade 18/8 stainless steel and removable two-part tea strainer.
What is included in the bundle?
The bundle contains 3 × Brain Focus herbal tea, 3 × Sleep Focus tincture and 1 × bamboo infuser 500 ml with vacuum-insulated 18/8 stainless-steel interior and removable two-part tea strainer.
Why is the bamboo infuser included?
It makes it easy to brew loose herbs and take your tea to work or on the go. The 500 ml infuser has a vacuum-insulated stainless-steel interior, keeps the temperature longer and contains no glass. Steeping with the lid on also helps preserve aroma.
Why does the tincture contain alcohol?
Ethanol is used as an extraction medium and helps preserve the tincture. Check the alcohol content on the bottle. If you avoid alcohol or take medication, ask a pharmacist or doctor before use.
