Recipe 1.3 - Contents & Preparation


Brakved (Rhamnus frangula L), Lin (Linum usitatissimum), Kvickrot (Elymus repens), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Cummin (Carum carvi), Senna (Senna alexandrina)

The herbs have been allowed to grow and mature in their optimal environment in nature & small-scale farms, and then hand-harvested and sun-dried. The herbs are therefore packed with their healing essential oils.


- Boil water.
- Take a filter bag in a cup
- Pour in 2 dl of the hot water.
- Leave to infuse for 15 min.
-The mixture has a natural bitterness from bitter substances in the herbs.
Sweetening with honey or sugar should be avoided for maximum effect.

Daily intake:

First day 1-2 cups on an empty stomach before meals (start with a low dose). Wait and feel how the stomach reacts after the first day. Then 1-2 cups/day if needed and before meals for a maximum of 7 days.
