Contains:
Lemon balm (40%), Valerian, Spearmint, Peppermint
The herbs have been allowed to grow and mature in their optimal environment in nature & small-scale farms, and then hand-harvested and sun-dried. The herbs are therefore packed with their healing essential oils.
Preparation:
Boil water.
- Take a tablespoon (15 ml / 2.5 g) of the mixture in a filter.
- Pour in 2 dl of the hot water.
- Let it steep for at least 30 minutes
The longer it lasts, the more effect you get. Can also stand and pull from morning to evening.
Daily intake:
Drink until the evening if needed.

Dry, not above normal room temperature

Contains & amount:
Ethanol, Ashwagandha (50%), Ginkgo biloba (50%)
For one part by weight of dried herbs, four parts by weight of ethanol (40%-vol) have been used
Quantity: 50 ml
Intag:
1.5 ml (approx. 30 drops) in a glass of water 1-3 times daily. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks.
The tincture is strong in taste, and should be taken with a glass of water.
