Vitamin D3, cholecalciferol, in spray form. Other ingredients: sorbitol, distilled water, natural orange flavor, citric acid, sodium benzoate (E211), and potassium sorbate (E202).
Intake
Dosage for adults: 1 spray, 0.1 g, daily.

One dose contains 25 μg / 1000 IU of vitamin D3, which corresponds to 250% of the recommended daily intake.
