Recipe 3.0

Ingredients

Fenugreek (Foenugraeci semen) 36%, buckthorn bark (Frangulae cortex) 20%, Ononidis radix, dandelion root (Taraxaci radix), caraway seeds (Carvi fructus), linden blossom (Tiliae flos), lemon balm (Melissa herba), liquorice root (Glycyrrhizae radix) 3% and ginger (Zingiberis rhizoma).

The ingredients are selected for their quality and come from nature or small-scale cultivation. They are carefully harvested and dried with care to preserve flavour, scent and the plant's natural character.

Preparation

  1. Pour 1.5 tbsp (approx. 9 g) of herbs into 5 dl of cold water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Let cool under a lid.
  4. Strain.
  5. Drink the prepared beverage distributed throughout the day. The beverage can be prepared in the evening and stored in the refrigerator.

Daily intake

Drink 500 ml of prepared herbal beverage per day between meals, distributed throughout the day, for 20 days.

Storage

Store in a dry and cool place, not above normal room temperature.

Weight

190 g loose herbs, 20-day course.

During the course, good fluid intake is recommended. Please avoid sugar, alcohol, and carbonated and sweetened beverages.

Ingredients and quantity

Ethanol and chasteberry.

For one part by weight of dried herbs, four parts by weight of ethanol, 40% vol, have been used.

Intake

  1. Take 1.5 ml, approximately 30 drops, in a glass of water 1-3 times daily.
  2. Shake before use.
  3. The tincture has a strong taste and should be taken diluted in water.

Daily intake

Take 1-3 times daily as needed.

Storage

Store in a dry, dark and well-sealed place, not above normal room temperature. Keep out of reach of small children.
