Contains & quantity:

Ethanol, winter savory (Satureia montana)
For one part by weight of dried herbs, four parts by weight of ethanol (40%-vol) have been used

Amount: 50 ml

Intake:

1.5 ml (approx. 30 drops) in a glass of water 1-3 times daily. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.

Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks.

100% winter savory (Saturea montana)

The winter savory has been allowed to grow and mature in its optimal environment around Rtanjberget, and then hand-harvested and sun-dried. The herbs are therefore packed with their healing essential oils.

Preparation:

- Boil water.
- Take a tablespoon (15 ml) in a filter.
- Pour in 2 dl of the hot water.
- Leave to infuse for 15 min.
