Till en viktdel torkade örter har fyra viktdelar etanol (40%-vol) använts

Recipe 3.4t innehåller & mängd:

Etanol, Vinterkyndel (Satureja montana)

Intag:

1,5 ml + 1,5 ml (ca 30 droppar av vardera Tinktur) i ett glas vatten 1-3 gånger dagligen. Omskakas före användning. Använd ej vid graviditet eller amning. Rekommenderad dos bör ej överskridas.
Kosttillskott bör ej användas som alternativ till en varierad kost.

Eftersom den terapeutiska effekten ökar gradvis rekommenderas en kontinuerlig användning under 2–4 veckor.

Tinkturen är stark i smaken, och bör intas med ett glas med vatten.
