After that, the dose can be reduced to 2-1 times a day. The dosage is based on BMI 20, and may need to be increased or decreased at higher or lower BMI.

Ethanol, Beggarnut 70% (Tribulus terrestris), winter savory, Stinging nettle.
For one part by weight of dried herbs, four parts by weight of ethanol (40%-vol) have been used

Intake:

1.5 ml (approx. 30 drops) in a glass of water 1-3 times daily. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
