Contents and Quantity
Ethanol and chasteberry.
Four parts by weight of ethanol, 40% vol, have been used for one part by weight of dried herbs.
Intake
- Take 1.5 ml, about 30 drops, in a glass of water 1-3 times daily.
- Shake before use.
- The tincture has a strong taste and should be taken diluted in water.
Daily intake
Take 1-3 times daily as needed.
Storage
Store dry, dark and well-sealed, not above normal room temperature. Keep out of reach of young children.
