Intag:

1.5 ml + 1.5 ml (approx. 30 drops of each Tincture) in a glass of water 1-3 times daily. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.

Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks.

The tincture is strong in taste, and should be taken with a glass of water.
