Recipe 2.1t - Memory Focus is a liquid herbal extract with well-documented herbs derived from science & tradition.

Recipe 2.1t contains Greek mountain tea (Sideritis). Sideritis can be directly translated from Greek as "He who is made of steel". Today there is a lot going on research on Sideritis and its effect on the brain.

The tincture is strong in taste, and should be dropped into a glass of water to be taken.

Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks.

Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks. Always start with a higher intake (3 times/day) the first 5-7 days to build up the levels of the herbs' active substances.
After that, the dose can be reduced to 2-1 times a day.

Contains & quantity:

Ethanol, Greek mountain tea (Sideritis)
For one part by weight of dried herbs, four parts by weight of ethanol (40%-vol) have been used

Amount: 50 ml

Intake:

1.5 ml (approx. 30 drops) in a glass of water 1-3 times daily. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
