Chamomile is a beneficial aid for mild stomach spasms, abdominal distension and problems with a bloated stomach.

In order to gradually optimize the therapeutic effect, continuous use over a period of 2-4 weeks is recommended.

We invest in outstanding quality in our raw materials, which mainly come from small-scale farms or wild picking. Herbs from southeastern Europe are distinguished by high levels of active substances. This phenomenon is the result of small-scale farming, a favorable climate, high soil quality, a long tradition of medicinal plants and gentle sun drying, which preserves the effectiveness of the herbs' essential oils.

The chamomile grows and matures in its optimal environment in nature and on small-scale farms, and is then hand-harvested and sun-dried. The herbs are therefore packed with their healing essential oils.

Preparation:

- Boil water.
- Take a tablespoon (15 ml) in a filter.
- Pour in 2 dl of the hot water.
- Leave to infuse for 15 min.

Daily intake:

Drink 1-3 times daily as needed.
